COVID-19

More detailed and up-to-date information you will find on Austrias Official Travel Portal.

We recommend an insurance, in the event that you cannot start travel because of COVID-19 (positive test, put under quarantine or a medical certificate of COVID-19 symptoms). The "Europäische Reiseversicherung" guarantees insurance coverage if you take out this insurance with your booking. Please find more information on the Insurances website.

In the case of official travel bans or official closure of the hotel there is no cancellation fee, a deposit will be refunded in total.

Down payment:
Please credit 50% of the total price of the booking in the Winter Season to our bank account.

Cancellation fee winter:
If you cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival at our hotel, no cancellation fee applies. If you cancel between 29 and 7 days prior to your arrival, we kindly ask for your understanding that we have to charge 70% of your reservation. If you cancel later than 6 days prior to arrival, we charge 90% of the total amount of your booking. When a no-show, early departure or late arrival occurs, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Cancellation insurance:

Premature departure / delayed arrival:
In case of premature departure or delayed arrival we shall charge the full price as arranged. Please have a look at our offer for a cancellation insurance!

Credit Cards:
Methods of payment are by Maestrocard or cash. For internal services we also accept VISA, Eurocard and American Express. On payments made by Credit Card we charge a 4% tariff for external services such as ski schools, transfers etc.

Arrival/Departure:
On the day of arrival, the rooms are ready for occupancy after 4 pm.
On the day of your departure we kindly ask you to leave the room until 11 am.
If you wish to depart later, you can leave your luggage with us and can freshen up in our SPA after skiing.

Half Board:
We hope you will appreciate that we cannot give a refund for any meals not consumed. Thank you for your understanding.

Dogs:
By arrangement and if a suitable room is available, we will accept dogs that are used to hotels and that are completely house-trained. The daily price without food is EUR 20.00. Dogs are not permitted in the restaurants, the bar and the SPA area. Please do not forget a blanket or basket for your four-legged friend. We assume that your dog is insured against any damage to the inventory. Please understand that we can accommodate a maximum of 2 dogs in the same period in winter.
