The health of our guests and staff is very important to us. Therefore, we have agreed appropriate rules for our interaction with one another and have also once again raised our hygiene standards. Thus, you can enjoy your stay with us as always safely and without worry!
The COVID-19 situation has made us rethink, change and improve the way we do things. The results being the following measures that guarantee a carefree time. This means that, despite some changes, your holiday with us at ANGELA will always feel like a holiday:
Free Space: we have enough space! Both the location just above the village and the allocation of public areas inside and outside offer enough space to maintain safe social distance and privacy.
Cleanliness and hygiene: We follow the recommendations of the international and local health authorities. Our hygiene protocols have been checked and adapted to the current situation. We have increased the frequency of all our cleaning processes. Among other things, we carry out regular disinfection of exposed surfaces such as door handles, keys and lift buttons.
Our team is kept up to date on the hygiene measures so that we can guarantee compliance and a high quality of hygiene.
Disinfectant stands are located in all public areas. You will also receive your personal disinfectant for your stay with us on arrival.
Food and Drink: We have reorganized our procedures for breakfast and dinner, so you can enjoy safely. The minimum distance is ensured in the dining room and our lounge. If you wish, you can also eat privately in your room without being charged for room service.
The minibar in your room will be filled custom-made on your demand.
Pre-Check-in: In order to make check-in as quick and uncomplicated as possible, we offer to obtain all the necessary data and individual requests in advance with your booking. You will then receive your personal information package upon arrival.
Possible Cancellation due to COVID-19: In the event that you cannot start travel because of COVID-19 (positive test, put under quarantine or a medical certificate of COVID-19 symptoms) you can of course cancel your reservation short term. The cancellation fee will be paid by an insurance, which you will take out with your booking without any additional costs for you.
In the case of official travel bans there is no cancellation fee, a deposit will be refunded.
