NEW: Possible Cancellation due to COVID-19
In the event that you cannot start travel because of COVID-19 (positive test, put under quarantine or a medical certificate of COVID-19 symptoms) you can of course cancel your reservation short term. The cancellation fee will be paid by an insurance, which you will take out with your booking without any additional costs for you. The maximum coverage is Euro 3,000 per person (for a family of four Euro 12,000).
In the case of official travel bans there is no cancellation fee, a deposit will be refunded.

Cancellation fee according to AGBH 2006:
In case of cancellation between 3 months and 29 days before the planned day of arrival, the down payment shall be retained as cancellation fee. For cancellation in between 28 days before arrival we charge 70% of the total hotel cost, within the last week 90%. We recommend the cancellation insurance mentioned below!
Cancellation policy ver Christmas/New Years and in February/March
Please be informed that we have different policies over Christmas/New Years and in February/March.
The deposit comes to 90% of the total price. In case of a cancellation (also applies to a later arrival or earlier departure) within 4 months before the day of arrival, we will charge the deposit as a cancellation fee. Within the last 3 months before your arrival, we charge 100% of the total price. Naturally, this only applies to those days, which we cannot rent out otherwise.
As a special service we can offer you a cancellation insurance. More detailed information with your booking confirmation or from the attached pdf "Hotelstornoplus_EN" . In case of an explicit disclaim of this insurance (this includes also reservations without down payments) we have to charge a cancellation fee in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Austrian Hotellerie 2006 (AGBH 2006).
Premature departure / delayed arrival:
In case of premature departure or delayed arrival we shall charge the full price as arranged. Please have a look at our offer for a cancellation insurance!
Methods of payment are by Maestrocard or cash. For internal services we also accept VISA, Eurocard and American Express. On payments made by Credit Card we charge a 4% tariff for external services such as ski schools, transfers etc.
On the day of arrival, the rooms are ready for occupancy after 4 pm.
On the day of your departure we kindly ask you to leave the room until 11 am.
If you wish to depart later, you can leave your luggage with us and can freshen up in our SPA after skiing.
We hope you will appreciate that we cannot give a refund for any meals not consumed. Thank you for your understanding.
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate dogs during the winter. They are more than welcome in summer!
